The Southeast Fairfax Development Corporation (SFDC) recently hired Lindsey Doane as the new marketing & communications manager. Doane's experiencein the county includes working as an intern for Chairman Sharon Bulova and as a camp director for the Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA).
Daone graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Penn., with a degree in political science. While attending Muhlenberg College, Doane also worked with Envision Lehigh Valley and the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation as a focus group leader for meetings addressing the future development of the region.
Doane's previous experience also includes survey creation and data analysis working as a research assistant for the Lehigh Valley Research Consortium. She has a passion for politics, theatre and community development and looks forward to launching her career with SFDC.
